You should. Indeed, it’s a growing trend, with two in five employers now using social media to pre-screen applicants. Two-thirds (65 percent) do so to gauge a candidate’s professionalism, 51 percent to see if they fit into the company culture and 45 percent to learn more about their qualifications.
