Stephen began his journey with The Alpha Group solely seeking part time employment. He showed great potential and dependability and was quickly placed on assignment as a Driver's Helper. After his repetitive reliability, he was offered a full-time position working at Williams-Sonoma. A demanding and extremely busy work environment never ruffled Stephen. He showed excellent initiative and the ability to transition to various departments easily - The Alpha Group received numerous calls from Williams-Sonoma indicating that he went above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion when it was not required of him to do so. Even as a temporary employee he was made the lead contact for the Shipping Department, and received multiple awards for perfect attendance His ability to be transparent in his communications with both The Alpha Group and the client was a stand-out trait we immediately noticed with Stephen, and his general demeanor made him a pleasure to work with. He genuinely was the whole package – hard-working, kind, reliable, personable, adaptable, and motivated. No matter if it was during a busy holiday season or a more quiet time of year for work, Stephen took his job extremely seriously and took pride in his work.
