You may file an appeal to the EMAC Supplement Hearings Department within 10 calendar days of the mailing date on your determination notice.
What you need for Appeal an EMAC Supplement Liability Determination
If you are filing an appeal online, you will need the user ID and password to your UI Online employer account.
If you are a third party administrator (TPA) filing an appeal on an employer's behalf, you must be assigned the EMAC Supplement Appeal Submission role.
