These were the top success factors for high performing organizations:
- A strong senior leadership team.
- The organization's ability to attract and retain quality people.
- The organization's ability to adopt a disciplined approach to the business including working on the business to create plans and align the employees to execute the business plans.
- High performance organizations made strategic use of technology.
- High performance organizations developed relationships with trusted outside providers such as attorneys, finance and accounting professionals, and insurance professionals.
- High performance organizations had a culture of team work and commitment.
- High performance organizations had a commitment to a quality-oriented culture.
